Now that Michael Phelps has “retired” from swimming with his 22 medals he has decided where to take this training next. To the golf course. Phelps will be joining golf trainer Hank Haney on his show “The Haney Project.” His goal is to win the club championship at his golf club someday. Because of Phelps’ great athletic ability, physical attributes and training mentality he has amazing potential to become an excellent golfer. Haney, who is famous for being Tiger Woods’ trainer, has also trained a number of celebrities including Ray Romano, Rush Limbaugh, and a failed attempt to fix Charles Barkley’s swing (which is unfortunate because I am a huge Barkley fan and would love to see him back on the course competing with Jordan).
